Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat beef cubes with this mixture.
    Brown in oil.
    Add water, tomato sauce and seasonings. Add frozen vegetables.
    Cook over low heat 35 to 40 minutes.
