Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 small butterscotch instant pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add eggs, water, oil, vanilla and puddings.
Stir well.
Pour 1/2 batter in 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle part of cinnamon mixture on batter.
Add rest of batter and the remaining cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
