Cordon Blue Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
4 slices rye or whole wheat bread
3 oz. diced, cooked chicken
6 oz. diced ham
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Line bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch microwave dish with bread. Top with chicken, ham and broccoli.
Stir onion powder into soup and pour over first mixture. Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and vent the plastic wrap to cook. Microwave on 50% power for 15 minutes. Turn 1/4 turn halfway through the cooking time.
Makes 4 servings.
