Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning crumbs
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Drain squash, mash and add sour cream, soup, carrots, onion, salt and pepper.
    Put a layer of this mixture in baking dish. Then one of crumbs.
    Repeat.
    Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
