Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 rounded Tbsp. dry Tang
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry and pour filling in.
    Cover with lattice top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done, 35 minutes or a little longer.
