West Coast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. ripe olives (pitted)
    1 c. shrimp
    1 c. crab meat
    salt and pepper
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Blend in flour, mustard, Worcestershire, paprika and milk.
    Cook, stirring until thick and smooth.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Remove from heat; add 1/2 cup olives (sliced and drained), shrimp and crab.
    Bake in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly. Garnish top with remaining olives and parsley.
    Serves 5 to 6. Good with buttered rice.
