A Touch Of Mexico Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. coarsely crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion and celery in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and microwave at High for 7 minutes, or until meat is done.
    Stir several times while cooking; drain.
    Stir in next 7 ingredients; microwave at High for 5 to 6 minutes, turning dish a half turn after 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and corn chips.
    Microwave at 70% power for 1 minute, or until cheese melts. Yields 6 servings.
