Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and onion.
    Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
    Layer potatoes, onion and cheese.
    Salt and pepper.
    Layer until everything is used.
    Pour milk over mixture.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 2 hours.
