Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen squash
    1 chopped onion
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Wyler's beef cubes, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot water
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 roll pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed finely
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 14-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Cook squash and onion until tender; drain well.
    Mash with potato masher.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Sprinkle small amount of grated cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
