Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture in shallow baking pan (13 x 9 1/2-inch).
Combine soup and water.
Pour over meat.
Cover pan tightly with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
