Green Pea Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 oz. frozen petite peas, thawed
1 ripe avocado, cubed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
pinch of salt
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until peas are pureed.
Blend in tomato and onion.
Spoon in container and garnish with cilantro or diced chiles.
