Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/8 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Form 2 rolls.
    Use foil (shiny side to meat) to wrap meat.
    Let set 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Bake on broiling rack for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
