Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 pieces skinless/boneless chicken breasts
3 green onion stalks
1/2 c. green garden olives
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Marsala cooking wine
Preparation

Melt butter; add onions and saute.
Add chicken and cook both sides until white on both sides (about 10 minutes on both sides). Add whipping cream, olives (drained) and wine.
Stir, cover and cook on low for about one hour or longer.
The more it simmers, the better it is!
Serve over rice.
