Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cooked
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    chives
Preparation
    Cook and whip potatoes and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and whip thoroughly, until light and fluffy.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with green onion flakes and paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Can be refrigerated and baked later.
