Instant Potato Soup Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. instant potatoes
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Store in an airtight container.
To serve:
Place 3 or 4 heaping tablespoons of mix in a bowl or mug.
Add 1 cup boiling water.
Stir and let set for 2 minutes to thicken.
This is a good food item to carry to shut-ins and older people.
It is easy and economical, kinda like magic too.
I use whatever spices I have.
