Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. meal
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Adjust milk to be able to drop from spoon to form a ball. Drop into deep, hot oil.
They will turn over when brown on one side.
