Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/3 c. wheat bran
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 10 ingredients and mix well.
    In a separate bowl, combine honey and water.
    Fold dry ingredients into wet ones and mix well.
    Do not overbeat or mix. Pour into nonstick 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
