Italian Nut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 sticks margarine
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Dip in egg white and roll in chopped nuts.
    Indent with finger.
    Fill dent with preserve of your choice.
    Bake 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
