Chocolate Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.), melted
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour (can use self-rising)
    2 tsp. baking powder (leave off if self-rising flour is used)
    1/2 tsp. salt (leave off if self-rising flour is used)
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix oil, chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan.
    Blend in eggs, one at a time.
    Mix well by hand.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
    This is all mixed by hand.
    Leave in saucepan and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight and for several days.
    Heat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into sugar.
    Roll into balls.
    Place 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Makes 6 dozen.
