Copper Pennies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, drained, cooked and sliced
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium bell pepper, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vegetables.
Pour over carrots, onions and bell pepper.
Marinate for 12 hours.
