Ingredients

2 boxes apricot Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 c. hot pear juice (if needed to make 1 c., add some Mandarin orange juice)
pears, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 medium size tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O in hot water and hot pear juice until dissolved. Pour over softened cream cheese; beat with mixer until creamed. Stick in freezer until it starts to jell (30 minutes or so). After jelled, add chopped pears and Mandarin oranges.
Fold in Cool Whip.
