Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can crab
Preparation
    Whip the first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients. Makes enough for a 9-inch shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
