Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chuck or shoulder roast
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 cloves garlic
1 small jar pepperoncini peppers and juice
Preparation

Place meat in crock-pot and cover with other ingredients. Cook on low overnight or 8 to 10 hours.
