Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Cream margarine, 1 cup sugar and eggs.
    Add lemon rind.
    Sift baking powder and flour; add alternately with milk.
    Add nuts.
