Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1 c. long grain rice, cooked
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. light margarine
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli or 3 c. fresh broccoli, cut up and boiled 3 minutes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except broccoli and salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese and margarine are melted, about 2 minutes.
    Add broccoli and salt.
    Cook, stirring frequently, until heated, 2 minutes.
    Turn in casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes.
