Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes, peeled
    2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in large pot until they are soft.
    Drain water off the potatoes.
    Peel warm potatoes.
    Mix sweet potatoes, margarine and sugar thoroughly.
    Add milk, eggs, extract and nutmeg.
    Pour mixture into four unbaked 9-inch pie crust shells. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
