Weight Watchers Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomato juice
1 large can Veg-All (use water)
1 small can Veg-All (use water)
2 small cans tomatoes
1 large can green beans
1 small can corn
1 large jar mushrooms
1 large onion
1/2 pkg. cabbage and carrot slaw mix
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/4 tsp. Spike
1 beef bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation

Fry beef; drain.
Combine all the other ingredients, except macaroni; bring to full boil.
Add ground beef; cook 1/2 hour. Add macaroni.
Turn on low and let simmer.
Makes a large kettle of soup.
