Quick Wacky Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan for single, 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for double recipe.
(To double recipe, double all ingredients.)
