Chicken And Mushroom Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 large carrots, sliced
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 1/4 c. water or 3/4 c. water and 1/2 c. cooking sherry or white wine
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix carrots and rice in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix water/wine and both soups in a small bowl.
    Add half of this mixture to the carrots and rice.
    Mix thoroughly. Place chicken on top of rice mixture and add sliced mushrooms. Cover with remaining water/wine mixture.
    Seal tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
    Twenty minutes preparation time and 75 minutes baking time.
