Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped squash, cooked
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    hot vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix well first 4 ingredients; add flour.
    Drop by tablespoon into 1/2-inch oil.
    Cook until brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towel.
