Rich Pastry Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in butter until it is the size of small peas.
    Sprinkle with milk.
    Mix until it forms a ball.
    Roll out to fit a 9-inch pie pan.
    Add filling or bake the empty shell at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
