Beefy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef
    2 medium tomatoes
    2 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    2 medium red potatoes
    2 medium onions
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    4 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Add all ingredients into microwave-proof casserole.
    Cover with lid.
    Cook on High for 20 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cover, cook on (50) for 20 minutes.
    Remove and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Discard bay leaves.
    Serves 4 to 6. Cooking time:
    40 minutes.
