Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box lemon jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. cottage cheese
3 c. small marshmallows
Preparation

Mix in order given and allow to congeal or set up in refrigerator.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
