Wild Rice Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked wild rice
    1 lb. uncooked lean ground beef
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground sage
    3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Firmly press into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
