Orange Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small unbaked pie shells
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
Preparation
    Mix
    filling
    and
    pour
    into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake until filling is set and crust is lightly browned at 350\u00b0.
    To keep
    the outer edges of pie shell from browning too much too soon,\tcut strips of foil 2 inches wide and long enough to go around
    the shell edge and crease it over to stay until pie is done.
