Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 medium tomatoes
    25 jalapeno peppers
    6 onions
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions.
    Mix in a large pan with other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
    Makes 9 pints.
