Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    4 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until blended.
    Stir in Rice Krispies.
    Press half of mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Chill.
    Set remainder aside.
