Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 c. water
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced thin
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna in boiling, salted water for about 15 minutes.
