Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cake yeast, dissolved in small amount of warm water
1 large well beaten egg
3 c. flour

Preparation

Bring sour cream and butter to a boil.
Add sugar, soda and salt together and set aside to cool to lukewarm.
Add remaining ingredients and knead to elastic stage.
Place in greased bowl and let rise.
