No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
2 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine flour, shortening and salt.
Chop fine.
Add vinegar to cup containing beaten egg.
Fill cup with water.
Add all at once to flour mixture and combine, using hands.
Can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Makes 3 (2 crust, 9-inch) pies.
