Sausage Cake(Moist Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage (get a good brand)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. coffee
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. dates, chopped
Preparation
    Cream sausage and sugars.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Alternately add coffee and dry ingredients to sausage and sugar mixture.
    Fold in nuts and dates that have been dusted with flour. Bake at 325\u00b0 in tube or loaf pan, which has been greased and floured, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    I prefer hot sausage (try extra sage).
    Serves 16 to 18.
