Layered Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sugar
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 lb. bacon
    3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large resealable bowl put chopped lettuce, bite size pieces of cauliflower, chopped onion, Mozzarella cheese and crumbled fried bacon.
    Top this off with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sugar, blended together to make a dressing.
    Seal the bowl tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
    Prior to serving, toss the salad.
