    roux
    water
    3 cans tomato sauce
    bell pepper
    celery
    red pepper
    shrimp
Preparation
    Make a light brown roux.
    Pour water on top.
    Add tomato sauce and vegetables.
    Cook until thick.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp are red in color and eat over rice.
