Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
3 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust
fruit topping of choice
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into pie shell. Add topping of choice (cherry, blueberry or strawberry).
Chill pie several hours before serving.
