Chicken Saltimbocco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 thin slices Proscuitto
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle sage and pepper over chicken. Place a slice of Proscuitto on top. Roll up jelly roll style and secure with wooden toothpicks.
Place butter in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Dip chicken first in melted butter, then roll in crumbs. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes until tender. Remove toothpicks and serve.
