Minced Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork (lean)
    1 can tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/3 small bottle Worcestershire
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water or broth from pork
    1 tsp. each of salt, black pepper, sugar and red pepper
Preparation
    Cook lean pork (remove all fat or bones), chopped in small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients above.
    Cook on high heat until hot, then cook on low for about 3 hours or until thick.
    Stir frequently.
    Serve on hamburger bun.
    This is low calorie if you use lean pork.
