Iced Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. orange extract
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar (do not overbeat). Add beaten eggs and beat lightly. Add dry ingredients, then pineapple and flavoring, mixing only until blended. Bake in greased muffin tin at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Do not allow muffins to brown. Ice with the following icing while the muffins are still hot.
