Sole Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. minced shallots
3/4 tsp. curry powder
2 lb. sole fillets, cut crosswise into 1 1/2-inch strips
1 Tbsp. canned green peppercorns
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream
Preparation

In a wide frying pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add shallots, curry and fish.
Turn heat to high and gently shake. Turn fish over carefully.
Cook for a total of 3 to 5 minutes until fish flakes in thickest portion.
