Better Than Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 large can pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 large box vanilla instant pudding
    1 large Cool Whip
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix and cook cake according to directions. While cake is in the oven, mix together pineapple and sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer until cake is done. After cake has cooled a few minutes, punch holes in top with a fork. Pour pineapple and sugar mixture over cake. Cool cake completely. Mix vanilla instant pudding as directed on box. Pour on top of cake. Top cake with Cool Whip and then sprinkle coconut on top of Cool Whip.
