Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 jar (4 oz.) mild chillies, chopped
    4 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Fry hamburg and onion; drain.
    Drain hominy, pinto beans, lima beans and kidney beans.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve as soup.
    Good with fine shredded cheese on top.
